Welcome to Shrewsbury, England 1575…the 17th year of Her Royal Majesty, Queen Elizabeth’s reign. The snow and cold have gone and Spring hath come…Huzzah! The Earl and Countess of Shrewsbury have planned a festival to celebrate the season.
Come one, come all goode lords and ladies, merchants, yeomen, players, musicians, and peasants. Let us present to you the Siouxland Renaissance Festival!
Here you can travel back in time to the glorious reign of Queen Elizabeth I. See the sights, hear the sounds, and taste the food. Learn what it was like to live over 400 years ago as you take part in our historically flavored festival.
The festival will host a wide variety of vendors plying their trade and offering goods of every kind and foods to suit every taste. Venture into a realm especially for children. Come thrill to the spectacle of armored jousting. Marvel at our jugglers, dancers, fire-breathers and other entertainers on our stages. Roam the streets filled with the people of Shrewsbury County and amusements of every kind.
You’re invited to the 11th Annual Siouxland Renaissance Festival on the grounds of the Sioux Empire Fairgrounds in Sioux Falls, SD on June 2nd & 3rd, 2012. The SRA is always looking for more vendors. If interested please fill out the PDF and email to the SRA.
Meet the newest addition to Earth Folk. A 2002 Kenworth T600. Owned by Earth Folk for the purpose of buying more bulk at trade shows so we can try to provide great products at affordable prices. Will also be used for transporting wares to and from various shows we attend. When not used for Earth Folk business it helps generate revenue by hauling Over The Road being leased to Trans-Motion of Sioux Falls SD. Be sure to wave as you see Jon and this great truck working hard. Graphics were done by Custom Art Graphics of Sioux Falls SD. 
We will have a few different people available throughout the day offering Tarot Card readings 9am – 9pm. Come down and ask questions that are on your mind, or simply let the cards tell you what is in store for the new year. 
We will be closed on Sundays starting Jan. 1. We will still be open Monday – Thursday 9am – 6pm, Friday and Saturday 10am – 8 pm.
Starting 9 am Tuesday December 20th we will be offering various items for FREE. Items are from a family who is moving and cannot take everything with them so would like to offer their gently used items to those who are in need this season. 
Spray anywhere that the air feels stuffy or there is a lot of tension. Just Smudge It is a wonderful way to cleanse when traditional smudging is not available or allowable. 
Jeanne Cimillo of Natural Healing and Jackie Meemken of Earth Folk will be presenting a pendulum workshop December 9th 2011 from 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM at Earth Folk. This workshop is open to all no matter what level of experience. We will be covering the purpose of pendulums, choosing your own pendulum, working with them and any other areas requested by the participants. This class will be by free will donation. Please stop by and join in the fun.
